Remove foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes or until biscuits are cooked and golden brown. Bake covered with foil at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Arrange biscuit halves over top of casserole, cut side down. (DO NOT BAKE as you do above.) Separate biscuits and each in half to make “half circles”. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, soup, onion, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and curry. Bake at 375 degrees for an additional 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Arrange biscuit halves around edge of hot casserole, cut side down. Separate biscuits and cut each in half to make “half circles”. ½ teaspooon salt (I used ¼ tsp and it tasted just fine).8 ounces refrigerated biscuits (can should have 10 biscuits).

After being cooked on the stovetop, then baked for 40 minutes, my broccoli was really mushy)

  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, drained & chopped (I think frozen florets straight from the bag would work fine and still retain some firm texture.
  • Everything my baseball/football playing Sasquatch needs. This meal has protein, a vegetable, and a little starch in the form of biscuits. I love any meal that I can pull out of the freezer and either bake or cook in the crockpot and it’s D-O-N-E for dinner after practices.

    Bonus–it can be made ahead of time and put in the freezer for a future dinner. Needless to say, this is going into my 3-ring binder of “go-to” recipes that the guys love to eat, and also onto my list of easy to make meals for the upcoming baseball and football seasons. The guys raved about it and, between the 3 of us, we devoured every morsel in a 9x9 pan, with Sasquatch going back for THIRDS. Tonight I made a dish I found on Pinterest.
